Returns
You may return any item for refund within fifteen(15) days of the
date you received it. To send us an item under warranty for
repair or replacement

Refunds
Full refunds will be issued in the method you paid, usually within
two days of our receipt and examination of the return. Shipping and handling charges are your responsibility and are not
refunded unless it was our error with your order.
Exchanges or Credit
Should you wish to exchange the item for something else, we will
issue you a credit that can be used at anytime with CanadaJewels.
Return Procedure
Email us at
info@canadajewels.com - we will send you a return
authorization code.
We do not accept parcels without an authorization code.
Place a copy of the invoice inside the parcel with "Returned for
Refund" boldly and clearly written on the invoice (for customs
clearance).
Securely package your item, along with all the item documentation,
instructions, packaging and certificates you received.
On the top of the address label write " return code# (the authorization code)".
When you address the parcel do not never CanadaJewels, Diamonds or Jewelry as the company name (for security reasons) please use "CanadaJ".
Send the parcel via an insured and traceable method, as you are
responsible for the parcel reaching us. We will email you confirmation, that we have received your return
and issued you a refund.
What May Not Be Returned for Refund

Items that have been altered, sized or engraved.

Items that are no longer in new condition, that have been worn or
damaged.

Items that have been in your possession for longer than the
fifteen(15) day inspection period.

Items without a return authorization code.

Jewelry or watches without the packaging, certificates,
instructions and warranty cards and guarantees we sent you with it.
Shipping Label
Your shipping label should look much like this with the return
authorization code we sent you added.
