American Customers
Canada and the United States have a Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). Regardless of which State you live in, you pay no; State taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any other additional charges.
By purchasing Canadian made jewelry, you receive the benefit of our low Canadian dollar and your purchase is free of import fees. You also benefit from the large Canadian diamond market.
Canadian Customers
Your orders are shipped from Canada and you pay 6% GST. British Columbia residents pay 7% PST as well. There are no provincial taxes for other provinces.
If you have bought online you will know that international purchases involve brokerage fees, currency exchange, duties, taxes, and excise fees. Often all these along with insurance and shipping can total well over 30-40% on top of what you expected to pay.
By purchasing in Canada, you can save a considerable amount of money and hassle versus importing goods from abroad on your own.
International Customers
Canada has free trade or special trade agreements with Commonwealth and some European countries, so duties and customs charges to those countries are either none or minimal.
However customs policies vary widely from country to country. We urge our international clients to contact their local customs office for specific information. The client is responsible for any applicable local customs import duties and taxes. Returns & Refunds

Warranties and Guarantees
All products carry the manufacturer's warranty and are warranted for one year against manufacturer's or workmanship defects.

For items containing multiple gemstones we list the average weight and quality of all such stocked items. Total gemstone weight in all purchases may vary 0.02 carats from descriptions posted.
We make every attempt to avoid inaccurately displayed items however errors may occur, we reserve the right to correct all errors and we do not honour inaccurate or erroneous prices.
Internal Complaint Policy
We are committed to your complete satisfaction with our service and products. We have procedures in place to provide you with fair, timely and effective means to resolve any problem with a transaction.
We take complaints very seriously, we record and monitor all complaints, we will acknowledge a complaint within seventy-two hours of receipt.
We address and strive to resolve a complaint within seven days of receipt.
