Warranties
We carefully inspect every item when it enters our inventory and we
inspect it again before it goes into your parcel. Warranty
situations are rare but regrettably sometimes they occur.
CanadaJewels and our suppliers warranty all items we sell. If
an item is found to be defective in material or workmanship within
one year of purchase, CanadaJewels will repair or replace the item
at no charge to you.

Watches
For watches please refer to the warranty that came with the watch.
It is faster and more efficient for you to deal directly with the
manufacturer of the watch, follow the instructions on the warranty
information.
Unlike many online dealers CanadaJewels
is an authorized dealer of the watch brands we market.
Manufacturers will honor your warranty without any difficulty.
What Is Not Under Warranty

Items that have been repaired, altered or sized by persons or
businesses other than CanadaJewels or JK Schmidt Jewellers Inc.
Reputable jewellers warranty their work, refer to
them for problems
with an item following their repair, sizing or alteration.

Items that have been abused or damaged voids the warranty.

Items that have been in your possession for longer than a year are
no longer under warranty.
Please appreciate that a warranty is
not an insurance policy, a
warranty covers defects in material or workmanship only, not damage
caused to an item.
If an item is not covered by warranty we will work with you to find
a solution at a reasonable repair or replacement cost.
Warranty Return Procedure
Email us at
info@canadajewels.com
- tell us exactly what the item is and what is wrong with it.
If you are to return it to CanadaJewels we will send you a warranty
return authorization code.
We do not accept parcels without an authorization code.
Include a note inside the parcel titled "Returned under Warranty"
(for customs clearance). Include your name, mailing address
and daytime phone number and please be specific about what is wrong with
the item.
Securely package your item along with any manufacturer's warranty
documents that came with it.
On top of the address label write "return code#" (the
authorization code).
When you address the parcel do not write CanadaJewels, Diamonds or
Jewelry anywhere on the parcel (for security) use "CanadaJ".
Send the parcel by an insured and traceable method - you are
responsible for the parcel reaching us.
We will email you confirmation that we have received your warranty
return and how we are dealing with the matter.
Shipping Label
Your shipping label should look much like this with the return
authorization code we sent you added.
