Returns
In the rare situation where you are not satisfied with any
purchase from us...
You may return any item for refund within fifteen(15) days of the
date you received it. To send us an item under warranty for
repair or replacement

Refunds
Full refunds will be issued in the method you paid, usually within
48 hours of our receipt and examination of the return. Shipping charges are your responsibility and are not
refunded unless it was our error with your order.
Exchanges or Credit
Should you wish to exchange the item for something else, we will
issue you a credit that can be used at anytime with CanadaJewels.
Return Procedure
Email us at
karen@canadajewels.com - we will send you a return
authorization code.
We do not accept parcels without an authorization code.
Securely package your item, along with all the item documentation,
instructions, warranties, gift boxes and certificates you received - there is no
need for the catalogs to be returned.
When you address the parcel do not use CanadaJewels, (for security reasons)
please use "CanadaJ".
Don not write diamonds, jewellery or watches anywhere on the parcel.
Please ship via a traceable method as you are
responsible for the parcel reaching us.
For International and
USA Returns
Essential !!!
(fail to do this - we will refuse the parcel!!)
Place a copy of the invoice or a note inside the parcel with "Returned for
Refund" boldly and clearly written on the paper.
On customs document define the item as "personal
accessory" and state clearly that this is...
"a purchased Canadian
item being returned for refund."

this is essential - if you do not do this we will be charged
13% duty/taxes plus brokerage fees on the return
do not
insure the item for more than $100
DO NOT
ship UPS
or FEDEX as customs brokerage charges may apply - please ship by
your national postal service (our American clients please use USPS)
We will email you confirmation when we have received your return
and issued you a refund.
What May Not Be Returned for Refund

Items that have been altered,
sized or engraved

Items that are no longer in new condition, that have been worn or
damaged

Items that have been in your possession for longer than the
fifteen(15) day inspection period

Items without a return authorization code

Jewelry or watches without the box, packaging, certificates,
instructions, warranty cards and guarantees we sent you with
it

Your shipping label should look much like this with the return
authorization code (xxx) we sent you added.
