Our Rolex watches are guaranteed to be authentic and to have 100% genuine Rolex watch parts as follows...
All pre-owned Rolex Datejust, Percision an AirKing models have original Rolex parts including the case, movement (80+ parts), bracelet, and crown winder.

All our Presidential 18Kt models have original Rolex parts including the case and movement (80+ Parts).

All President models come with Italian-made 18k President replacement bands unless stated otherwise.  This is standard within the industry as the President bands are 18kt gold, soft, and malleable and thus should be replaced approximately every 10 years.


Warranties and Guarantees


CanadaJewels/JK Schmidt Jewellers Inc is the sole warrantor of these fine
pre-owned Rolex watches.  
Rolex SA has no obligation to service or warranty any watches sold by CanadaJewels or JK Schmidt Jewellers. 
Neither CanadaJewels nor JK Schmidt Jewellers are authorized Rolex dealers and do not sell new Rolex watches.  Any diamond or other custom additions to these watches have been preformed by our dealers and not by Rolex SA. 

All watches we sell are warranted for one(1) year against manufacturer's or workmanship defects by CanadaJewels/JK Schmidt Jewellers.  Extended warranties may be puchased.

Any defective watch will be repaired or replaced, at the discretion of CanadaJewels, at no charge to you.  To return a watch under warranty

checks: certified checks, money orders, bank drafts
wire transfer: direct bank to bank transfer - is prefered
for your protection we do not accept cash

Your credit card company will process charges in Canadian funds.  Other than Canadian Dollars, the currency exchange rates we display on our site are estimates only.


Customs Charges and Taxes


American Customers


Canada and the United States have a Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).  Regardless of which State you live in, you should not need to pay; state taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any other additional charges.


Canadian Customers

Your orders are shipped from Canada and you pay 6% GST.  British Columbia residents pay 7% PST as well.  There are no provincial taxes for other provinces.


International Customers


Canada has free trade or special trade agreements with Commonwealth and some European countries, so duties and customs charges to those countries are either none or minimal.

However customs policies vary widely from country to country.  We urge our international clients to contact their local customs office for specific information.  The client is responsible for any applicable local customs import duties and taxes.

Shipping

We ship quickly and securely by insured courier services of Canada Post, UPS or FedEx.  In stock Rolex watches will usually be shipped within 72 hours upon payment confirmation.  Allow about 14 working days for special orders or alterations. 
We insure each shipment. 



Packaging


Items are packaged securely and safely and do not include a watch box due to the limitations of packaging and additional postal charges.  Watch boxes can be purchased seperately here.

We include with each watch:
~ a Rolex booklet
~ a folder with specific information about the watch, colour photo, model and serial numbers etc
~ a Rolex hang tag
~ a special Ultra watch polishing cloth


Website Descriptions


We display the item descriptions and specifications based on information received from our suppliers.
We make every attempt to avoid inaccurately displayed items however errors may occur, we reserve the right to correct all errors and we do not honour inaccurate or erroneous prices.


Internal Complaint Policy


We are committed to your complete satisfaction with our service and products.  We have procedures in place to provide you with fair, timely and effective means to resolve any problem with a transaction.

We take complaints very seriously, we record and monitor all complaints, we will acknowledge a complaint within seventy-two hours of receipt.

We address and strive to resolve a complaint within seven days of receipt.  In the unlikely event that we cannot reach a resolution that is satisfactory to you, we will recommend these two steps:
